These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Essex First Aid & Wellbeing (EFAW) website and services. By using our website and booking courses, you agree to these terms.
 

2. Course Bookings & Payments

• All course bookings must be confirmed in writing or via email.

• Payment must be made before the course date unless otherwise agreed.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses if necessary.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course date are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the course date may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.

4. Course Attendance & Certification

• Attendees must arrive on time and participate fully to receive certification.

• EFAW reserves the right to withhold certification if course requirements are not met.

5. Limitation of Liability
EFAW is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from course participation or the use of our services.

6. Intellectual Property
All course materials, website content, and training resources are the intellectual property of EFAW and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

7. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
