We are dedicated to providing high-quality First Aid and Mental Health First Aid courses in the Essex area and surrounding counties. Our aim is to ensure that everyone receives the best training possible, equipping them with life-saving skills. We believe that learning should be enjoyable, so we create a fun and engaging environment for our participants.
About Us
We prioritize your safety and wellbeing through our exceptional First Aid Course. Founded by Wes, who has extensive experience in service sectors like Lifeguarding, Sports Development, and the Fire Service, we are dedicated to equipping you with essential life-saving skills.
Our program, known as Essex First Aid and Wellbeing (EFAW), combines practical knowledge of First Aid with a focus on mental health and wellbeing.
